Welcome to podcast orbit (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, “the Platform”).

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18+ years old
• Create an account using real, accurate information
• Not be banned from using our services

2. Purpose of the Platform

Podcast Orbit is a social platform designed for:

• Podcasters
• Podcast discovery
• Industry networking
• Entertainment creators
• Film, TV, audio, and business professionals
• Listeners who want to discover content or seek a podcast opportunity

The platform is not intended for political, religious, or other sensitive ideological promotion.

Podcast Orbit Subscription
Subscriptions are open only to podcasters. Accounts subscribing without being a podcaster will have their subscription terminated or terminated without notice.

Supported Platforms
Spotify, Apple, and other hosted platforms.

Non-Podcaster Subscriptions
Accounts subscribing without being a podcaster:

• Will have their subscription terminated immediately with or without notice.
• Will not be eligible for a refund
• May be blocked from future subscriptions

Subscriber Responsibility
NOTE: 1 Post means 1 Boosted post. (Post promotion) You will also have access to post an orbit.

Eligibility Subscriptions are open only to podcasters and you must be age 18+ Accounts subscribing without being a podcaster will have their subscription terminated immediately. Will not be eligible for a refund. May be blocked from future subscriptions. 

Subscriber Responsibility. By subscribing, you confirm that you are a podcaster and have the right to access Creator features and is the age of 18+. Any misrepresentation constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Member Pro Badge Policy. The Member Pro Badge on this platform only indicates that the user has an active Podcaster Subscription. The badge does not confirm identity, does not verify who you are, and is not a status symbol like verification badges on Facebook, Instagram, X, or any other social network.

It is not an endorsement, not proof of credibility, and not an influencer-style verification. It simply shows that the account belongs to a paying podcaster member with access to podcaster-only features. If a subscription ends or is cancelled, the badge may be removed automatically. Any misuse, misrepresentation, or attempt to impersonate others using the badge may result in badge removal or account termination.

Prohibited Content: Religion-Based and Political Podcasts

To maintain a neutral, inclusive, and focused environment, [Your Platform Name] does not permit the upload, promotion, or distribution of religion-based or political podcasts or content.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Podcasts teaching, promoting, or preaching a religion
• Religious sermons or teachings
• Faith-based discussions or conversion attempts
• Content promoting, criticising, or debating political parties, candidates, or ideologies
• Political campaigning or election-related advocacy
• Religious or political debates

Why This Policy Exists

Our platform is dedicated exclusively to:

• Podcasting education and networking
• Entertainment, film, TV, and business content
• Creative audio and media content

Content unrelated to podcasting or media production, including religion or politics, is not permitted.

User Agreement

By using the platform, you agree that:

1. You will not upload or post religion-based or political content.
2. Violations may result in:
• Content removal
• Warnings
• Account suspension or permanent termination without notice.
3. We reserve the right to determine whether content falls under prohibited religious or political content.

5.2 Licence You Grant to Us

When you upload content, you grant [podcast orbit] a:

• Non-exclusive
• Worldwide
• Royalty-free
• Transferable
• Sub-licensable (only when needed for hosting/storage operations)

…licence to:

• Store
• Stream
• Display
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Promote your content only as needed to operate and grow the platform.

You retain full ownership of your content.

5.3 Responsibility for Your Content

You are fully responsible for:

• Your uploads
• Ensuring you own the rights
• Ensuring your content does not violate laws

We are not liable for user-submitted content.

6. Copyright & DMCA Compliance

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send a DMCA notice to:

We process valid DMCA takedowns and may remove content without notice.

Repeated copyright violations may lead to permanent account closure.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

7.1 Paid Features

We may offer paid features such as:

• Creator tools
• Premium networking access
• Ad-free experience
• Supporter plans
• Profile upgrades

Payment grants access, not ownership of any software or technology.

7.2 Refunds

Unless required by law, subscriptions are non-refundable.

You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued.

7.3 Payment Processors

Payments are handled by third-party processors.
We do not store full credit card details. Checkout is PayPal.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Upload religious content
• Upload copyrighted content without rights
• Engage in harassment or abuse
• Repeatedly break platform rules
• Misuse subscription features
• Harm the platform or user experience

We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Availability of the Platform

We do not guarantee:

• The platform will always be online
• No bugs or interruptions
• Perfect performance

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for user-uploaded content
• We are not responsible for losses caused by platform downtime
• We are not responsible for business losses caused by reliance on our platform
